Welcome to Diana M. Rothermel, Psy.D., PLLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in our coaching services (“Services”), and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our website or purchasing or participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Coaching Services Disclaimer

The services provided through this website are coaching services intended to offer guidance, education, and support for personal growth and wellness. While Dr. Diana M. Rothermel, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Illinois, coaching is not therapy and does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Coaching services:

Are not a substitute for psychological, medical, or psychiatric care

Do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions

Are available to individuals in and outside the state of Illinois

If you are in crisis or in need of mental health treatment, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 911.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and purchase or participate in coaching services. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Fees for coaching services are clearly listed at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for coaching services once the program has begun, including missed sessions. In the event of a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss potential accommodations.

4. Confidentiality

Coaching sessions are held in confidence; however, coaching is not covered by HIPAA regulations. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, logos, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Diana M. Rothermel, Psy.D., PLLC and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use this website and coaching services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Harass, abuse, or harm another person

Impersonate any person or entity
